Travis Rybchinski began his career at DCB in the early 2000s. In his career at DCB, Travis has earned 7 National Championships, 2 National Runner’s Up, 8 NJCAA Academic Team of the Year, 42 NJCAA All-Americans, 22 NJCAA Academic All-Americans, and 7 NJCAA Coach of the Tournament awards. He has also lead the Jacks to ACHA National Tournaments in 2020 (Covid), and 2021.  Rybchinski is also very involved in youth hockey including but not limited to Northern Plains Player Development, Team North Dakota, Team North Dakota Selects, and Bottineau Youth Hockey. 

Travis earned his Associate of Arts in PE at Minot State University Bottineau in 1998. He then went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts in PE with a coaching minor at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Travis is currently persuing a Master's of Sport Management Degree from Minot State University.  Beyond his academic accolades, Travis has attended and spoken at many coaching clinics and symposiums. At DCB, Rybchinski instructs many courses within the HPER curriculum.

As a player Rybchinski won a league title with the Billings Bulls, won league, region, and national championships with the Lumberjacks, and made the NCAA tournament with Concordia. 

Travis resides in Bottineau with his wife Codi and their three children.
