Fill out housing application for DCB at http://www.dakotacollege.edu/student-life/housing/

Send final high school transcripts to DCB

Send final college transcripts to DCB if you are a transfer or dual-credit student

If Canadian student, complete Canadian financial aid if needed

Send Immunization and MMR records to DCB

Send copy of insurance card to DCB Athletics (both sides)

Send copy of physical to DCB Athletics
