Coming off a trip to the ACHA Final Four a season ago the Lumberjack Women's Hockey team is gearing up for another trip to the National Tournament that will take place next week starting Tuesday in St Louis, MO. The Lumberjacks enter the Tournament with a record of 10-9 and are the two seed in Pool B out of the West Region and a goal differential of +1. Michelle Landsverk is the teams leading point getter with 15 points, 5 goals, and 10 assists. Sara Smith and Jenesha Hammond are the next highest point scorers for the Jacks with 14 each. Smith has scored 6 goals and has 8 assists, well Hammond has 5 goals and 9 assists. DCB has used two primary goalies most of the season Kara Zelyck has a .924 save percentage and has 3.10 goals against average. Skyla Louttit has a .903 save percentage and a 3.47 goals against average.

Format

The National Tournament is set to feature 16 teams split into four pools and the winner of each pool will advance to the ACHA Final Four. The winner of Pool A will play the winner of Pool D and the winner of Pool B will play the winner of Pool C.
