The Jacks avenged two early season losses to the Tetons of Williston State College routing them 9-1.

Each team had plenty of shots in the first period. The Jacks were the first to capitalize on their offensive opportunities when Von Mullin found the back of the net with 3:24 left in the first half off an assist from Ethan Siemens. As time was running out in the first period the Jacks found themselves on the powerplay. With nine seconds left in the period Brett Janssens got the puck past the goalie. Siemens picked up his second assist from the game, Zach Diehl also picked up an assist. After one period DCB led 2-0.

The Jacks broke it open in the second period. Mullin picked up his second goal of the game just fifteen seconds into the period. Ryan Patterson and Matt Olson were credited with assists. Halfway through the period the Jacks made it 4-0 when Leighton Holstein picked up a powerplay goal off assists from Olson and Rory McNabb. Two minutes later Olson picked up a goal of his own off a Holstein assist. Patterson scored two goals in the final forty seconds of the second period to make the score 7-0. Phillip Parisien, Olson and Riley Rybchinski picked up assists.

The Tetons ended the shutout halfway through the third period with their lone goal of the contest. McNabb stretched the Jacks lead back to seven on a powerplay goal with assists coming from Parisien and Holstein. The final goal of the game came from Holstein his second of the game Logan Mantell picked up the assist. DCB won by a final score of 9-1. The Jacks outshot WSC 52-28 and were successful on four of six powerplay chances.

With the win the Jacks move to 10-17-0-2. DCB takes on the same Tetons Friday in Williston with puck drop set for 7:00p.m.
