The number two team in the latest NJCAA poll the NDSCS Wildcats ended the Ladyjack Softball season Saturday afternoon.

In game one the Ladyjacks got on the board first when Kindal DeGraeve scored on a Wildcat error. Unfortunately for DCB the high powered Wildcat offense would get going in the bottom half of the inning with five runs to take a 5-1 lead. The Ladyjacks would get just get two hits in the game, one each from Brooklynn Hartman and DeGraeve. DeGraeve's hit in the top of the fifth was a solo homerun her first of the season. The Wildcats went on to win game one 17-2.

Game two saw NDSCS score 25 runs in the first two innings. In the second inning Hannah Funk would double and drive in a run and Brooklynn Hartman would also drive in a run. In the bottom of the third Lilianna Valdivia would hit a solo homerun her first of the season. In the end the Wildcats would win by a final score of 29-3.

DCB finishes the season 2-24 overall.
