Slow Start Plagues Lumberjacks

A slow night on the offensive end of the floor would be to much for the Lumberjack Men's Basketball team. The Jacks fell to the Williston State College Tetons by a final score of 88-49.

The Jacks shot just 16.7% from the field in the first half and scored just 15 points. At the break DCB trailed 32-15. Edward Lual led DCB with 6 first half points. The Jacks were able to get things going on the offensive side of the ball shooting 37.5% from the field in the second half. However, WSC shot 65.7% from the field in the second half to score 56 points in the half. The Tetons would go on to win by a final score of 88-49.  The Jacks only had one play in double-figures as Moustapha Diomande had a team and career high 12 points. Demetric Kindle led the Tetons and all scorers with 20 points.

The Jacks record now sits at 14-10 and 1-7 inside the Mon-Dak. DCB hosts NDSCS Sunday at 3:00p.m.
