Assistant Lumberjacks Hockey Coach, Corey Gorder won the Gold Medal at the Para Ice Hockey Championships in Ostrava, Czech Republic with Team USA this past Saturday May 4. 

Coach Gorder was an Assistant Coach for the American team who defeated Canada 3-2 in Overtime to capture the title.  David Hoff a former assistant coach and player with the Lumberjacks was the Head Coach. 

Both were instrumental in bringing the Sled team to North Dakota in October and visit local schools, including DCB.  Congratulations to Coach Hoff and Coach Gorder.
