Ladyjacks Try to Sweep LRSC

Ladyjacks Try to Sweep LRSC

The Ladyjacks are on the road again in Mon-Dak play as they travel to Devils Lake, ND. They will be playing Lake Region State College on Sunday, October 1st, at 1:00 PM. The game will be played at Steetwater Elementary.

DCB had the advantage over LRSC last time these two teams met on September 13th. Since that contest, neither team has recorded a win. The Ladyjacks have had a couple days of practicing the girls working on new postitioning after Ryah Young and Samantha Cullen went down with injuries. Coach Scherr noted that it was good for the team to get those extra reps to fill that void and can see them starting to feel more confident in those places. It is going to be a team effort to fill those holes. They Ladyjacks will look to minimize errors on their side of the night and provide a balanced and smart attack offensively. It should be another great test for Dakota College at Bottineau's volleyball team.

Since September 13th, Lake Region has only played two games. They have faced Mon-Dak opponents, Bismarck State College and Williston State College. They lost both contests in 3 sets and still seeking their first conference victory.
