Bismarck, ND - Dakota College at Bottineau's volleyball team traveled to Bismarck, North Dakota on Monday, September 25th, to face conference opponent, Bismarck State College. The Ladyjacks lost the 3-set contest (11-25, 11-25, and 9-25).

DCB was not able to eliminate the errors. The team totaled 29 ball-handling errors on the defensive end and 21 hitting errors on the offensive side. On a positive note, Alayna Pederson and Rebecca Helmeczi both tallied a block each. Victoria Obergfell led the way with kills again scoring 5 points. Abbey Franklin assisted various Ladyjacks on 6 different occasions.

The volleyball team has plenty of opportunity to bounce back this week. They travel to Jamestown on Wednesday, September 27th, to take on Jamestown JV. That game time is set for 7:00 PM. Also, the following the night the Ladyjacks are back in the Woodshed at 7:00 PM to host another Mon-Dak opponent, Dawson Community College.
