Wahpeton, ND - The Ladyjacks volleyball team traveled to Wahpeton, ND on Wednesday, the 20th, to take North Dakota State College of Science. DCB dropped the 3-set match (20-25, 13-25, and 13-25).

The Ladyjacks had strong start battling back and forth with the Lady Wildcats until NDSCS went on a run to end the 1st set, 20-25. From that point on, the Ladyjacks had a hard time carrying the momentum from the first set and could not get it going again. DCB knew it was going to be a tough test going in and ended up being a little outmatched. Victoria Obergfell led the Ladyjacks with 10 kills while Abbey Franklin tallied 14 assists.

The team continues to play on the road as they take on Bismarck State College on Monday, September 25th. The game time is set for 7:00 PM. The Ladyjacks will look to start out strong just like they did against NDSCS and try to carry the momentum throughout the whole contest. The next home game for the Ladyjacks is on Thursday, September 28th, vs. Dawson Community College at 7:00 PM in the Woodshed.
