The DCB Ladyjacks went into tonight's game versus United Tribes with just 7 healthy bodies.  With the odds against them they put together one of their best team games of the season defeating the Tbirds 81-74.  

The Ladyjacks trailed 25-22 at the end of the first quarter but once they had the lead they never relinquished it.  They outscored the Tbiirds 25-13 in the second quarter to take a 46-38 half time lead.  The Tbirds cut it to 2 at one point late in the third quarter but the Ladyjacks remained calm and forced the play, putting the Tbirds in foul trouble. 

The win puts DCB at 1-2 in the Mondak and gives them the advantage over the Tbirds for the race to host the MonDak Division II playoff round.  DCB and United Tribes know they will face each other but both teams desperately want to play in front of a surely boisterous home playoff crowd.

The Ladyjacks host Dawson College on Monday night at the Woodshed.  Game time is 5:30pm.
