Las Vegas high schooler Alezandria Guariglia is the newest DCB softball recruit.

"This is a very big signing"!

That was Head Softball Coach Mike's Smith's description of the newest Nevada resident to sign with the Ladyjacks Alezandria Guariglia.

Guariglia, a Senior at Silverado High School in Las Vegas, is an infielder having played mostly at 2B.

"Alezandria is a real good quality infielder.  Great range and quick release.  She has a great swing and has some pop"! added Smith.  "She will add to a very deep and talented group of infielders."

Guariglia played all four years of high school ball with the Varsity team.  She normally batted third for the Skyhawks and hit .337 for her career in over 300 plate appearances. She picked up 20 doubles, 4 triples and 4 HRs in her 4 year career.  She was on-fire to start the 2020 season batting .471 in her teams 7 game shortened season.

Guariglia is looking forward to coming to Bottineau.  "I chose DCB because it offers a small town feel that I've always wanted.  I also chose them because I wanted to be a part of a strong competitive team that i know can become my family"

She expects to not only excel on the field but in the classroom as well.  "My goal is to maintain a high GPA while being able to be a reliable teammate on and off the field."

The team also added Brynn Wuttunee, a two sport athlete, that will lace up her skates with the new Women's Hockey team.
