Ja'vion Beyers kept the Royals in it early with 15 first half points, but a 17-3 DCB run would help them stretch their lead to as many as 22 points in the first half. At the break the Jacks held a 48-29 lead.

For how good the Jacks offense was in the first half they were even better in the second half. As a team the Jacks shot 56.7% from the field in the second half and 52.5% from the field for the game. DCB also went 19/20 at the charity stripe in the game. Every DCB player scored at least three points and had at least 2 assists. As a team the Jacks dished out a season high 28 assists on 31 made baskets, while committing nine turnovers. In the end the Jacks would roll to a 97-65 win.

Here is what Coach Sorby had to say after the win, "I loved how we played last night. To go into a conference game on the road and control the game is always enjoyable to watch. What I am most proud of is we kept our turnovers in the single digits (9), and we had 28 assists. Everyone got in the scoring column, everyone had 2 or more assists in the game. Those are the two primary focus areas that we have been working on since December, and if we can stay consistent in those areas, we will be a tough out for anyone we face."

The Jacks were led in scoring by Brendan Redhead with 26 points and 7 assists, he was joined in double-figures by four teammates. Jacob Smith poured in 22, Connor Trahan and Max Groom each had 14, and Shandon Judd-Danne Anderson scored 10. Jav'ion Beyers led the Royals with 25 points.

With the win DCB moves to 15-4 overall and 8-2 in Mon-Dak action. The Jacks host the Pioneers of Miles Community College Sunday with game time set
