DCB (6-12) and Bismarck State College (5-11) played pretty much evenly in every statistical category.  Except one!  Bismarck State shot 42% from 3 point range going 11 for 26.  DCB shot 28% on 9 for 32 shooting.  A shortfall of just 6 points, but it was the offense the Mystics generated on the missed Jacks shots that was the difference in a 106-92 Mystics win.

The game was close until the Mystics hit a trio of three pointers around the mid-point of the second half.  The Jacks continued to battle cutting the Mystics lead to just 12 with over 5 minutes left to play, but thats as close as they would get.

The Jacks were lead by the States top scorer Tyree Johnson with 26 points.  Rodrigo Majarin added 21 and Dwaine Simmons pitched in with 19.  Simmons was the top rebounder with 11 while Dante Brunelli picked up 9 boards.

The Jacks will travel to United Tribes for a Thursday night game vs their only MonDak Division II opponent.  The game will be the first half of a home and home series that will determine the MonDak conference Division II playoff host.  Game time is immediately after the women's game at 5:30pm.
