Jacks Beat Jamestown JV

The Dakota College at Bottineau men's basketball team traveled to Jamestown, ND to compete against University of Jamestown JV. The Lumberjacks would win the contest with a score of 84-72. This win puts the Jacks to 6 wins and 0 losses on the season. 

DCB trailed with 19:25 to go in the first half but once they got the leade they never looked back. Their biggest lead would come in the second half going up 15 points on the Jimmies. Just when you thought the Jacks were going to open the game up and get a comfortable lead the Jimmies would go on a little run. The closest Jamestown would get was 49-46 early in the second half. The Jacks only had two players that would score in double figures and both guys ended with a double-double. Jordell Ross scored 26 points and finished with 15 rebounds while Erik Palmer added 13 points and 18 rebounds.

The Lumberjacks will play again over the weekend in the Cobblestone Classic on Friday, November 17th, and Saturday, November 18th. The games will be played in the Woodshed on DCB's campus. The Lumberjacks will play at 8 PM v. Sisseton Wahpeton College on Friday and 5 PM v. Red River Community College on Saturday.
