The Dakota College at Bottineau men's hockey team will be traveling to Fargo, ND over the weekend to face-off against North Dakota State University. They will play one game Friday night, October 27th, at 7:15 PM. On the 28th, the puck will drop at 4:15 PM for the second game against the Bison. These will be the first two games in ACHA action for the Jacks. The games will be played at Fargo Southwest Arena (4404 23rd Avenue SW, Fargo, ND). Unfortunately, there will be no webcast for the events.
The Lumberjacks are coming off a win against Boissevain Border Kings this past Tuesday for the season opener. Tyrell Pompu led the Jacks with a hat trick while Jay Pringle made 44 saves. The Jacks look to continue their winning streak and get off to a great start in ACHA play.
