Veteran DCB Coach Mike Getzloff has been named Interim Head Softball Coach for the Ladyjacks.  Getzloff, a former Baseball and Softball Coach at the college, was named interim coach after the recent decision by Head Volleyball and Softball Coach Allison Scherr to leave DCB after the 2017 Volleyball season has concluded.  Allison will be joining her fiance', former DCB Asst Athletic Director Dan Fagerlund after the fall.  Fagerlund was recently named Assistant Athletic Director/SID at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado.

Getzloff served as a baseball coach for the Lumberjacks in various capacities from 1988-2008, then served as a softball coach from 2009-14.  Under his guidance, the 2014 team finished 17-10 and qualified for the Division III region tournament. 

Coach Getzloff is already busy recruiting players for the 2018 season.
